Each town-house is furnished and comes with all the essentials to help you live comfortably. Each town-house is split over three floors, with both the top and the middle floor having bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

The bottom floor has a fully fitted kitchen which includes a dishwasher to make your life that little bit easier. There’s also a living room complete with sofas to give you a space to socialise and relax. Waterway Gardens also offers secure on-site car parking, free bike storage, 24/7 hour security, washing machines in kitchens, free contents insurances and free WiFi, so all your needs can be met on-site.

Waterway Gardens is located on the edge of campus giving easy access to De Montfort University. Its location is also just 10 minute walk to the city centre, 15 minutes to the train station, 20 minutes from the University of Leicester and a short walk to the King Power Stadium. There is a Tesco Express, chemist and fast food shop all on your doorstep to collect any bits and pieces you might need throughout your stay.

Leicester has a rich and varied selection of culture just waiting to be explored. As well as great shopping, sport and nightlife, other attractions in Leicester include the Cathedral, the Discovery Centre, the National Space Centre and the famous Golden Mile.
