Large double bedroom available in a spacious 3-bedroom house in Bowburn. The room has recently been vacated by a PhD student (stayed in the property for 18 months), who has finished her studies and returned to Thailand. A reference is available on request, supplied independently.
The house has a modern fitted kitchen and bathroom, large lounge-diner and front and rear gardens. Viewings are most welcome, should you wish to see what is being offered.
I am currently undertaking a graduate training programme, so have occasional exams I am studying for. The house would therefore suit a student or professional. I am very laid back, quite sociable, but happy to leave you to do your own thing if you would prefer.
The village, just outside Durham, has excellent links to the University via the X1 bus route. The bus stop is within 2 mins walk from the property, as are a Co-Op store, post office and a couple of takeaways.
