ACCESS
Rosedale Court is situated in Portland Green Student Village in the heart of Newcastle. Each brightly decorated, purpose-built block is accessed through a central reception area and arranged around attractively landscaped courtyards with outdoor seating, grassed areas and secure bike racks. For the ease of wheelchair users, entrances are on the flat and feature power-assisted doors; there are also lifts within each block and a number of our rooms have been cleverly designed to be easily adapted for wheelchair users.
FACILITIES
The bedrooms in Rosedale Court feature generous 3⁄4 sized beds, ample storage, a study desk and chair and an en-suite shower-room. Each cluster flat also has an open-plan living and kitchen area kitted out with hob, fridge-freezer and microwave to let you cook up a culinary storm! Rosedale Court has a communal ‘hub’ area for all students, with a large screen TV and generous seating and you can also use the games area and pool table in the laundry room at neighbouring Turner Court... sharpen up your cue skills while waiting for your washing!
