The house is located in the student area of Southsea just off Albert Road, with the bars and shops less than a minute away. The layout is similar to other Portsmouth houses, with some extra features such as the brick shed and separate access for this.

Leopold street is a dead-end road so there's no through-traffic which makes it quieter and easier for parking than most of the surrounding roads.
Downstairs the front bedroom is spacious and has a large window so plenty of light. Next the lounge is open plan so great for friends sharing together.
The kitchen's modern with plenty of storage, and has a separate chest freezer under the stairs.
The bathroom is off the kitchen at the back of the house (like most in Portsmouth) with an over-bath shower with sink and towel rails. The toilet is then off the bathroom, the washing machine is also at the back of the house in the bathroom.
Upstairs there's three good sized rooms, the photos are of the downstairs bedroom (large), front room (large) and middle room (medium). The back room is a bit bigger than the middle room and has a large window looking onto the garden.
In the garden you've also got a raised patio area which is great for sitting in the sun/BBQs (see photo).
