You can even change the ceiling light from your mobile phone to change the colour for a more relaxing feel.
The living room has 2 patio doors leading out to the back where you can bbq or just sit out and chill.
There is a Large walk in shower on the first floor with separate wc and on the second floor there is a second bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.
There are some great bedrooms in this house and like most houses you do get some smaller ones but they all have double beds and we have discounted the 2 smaller doubles to £70 a week inc bills to make it fair. The bedrooms are all laminated flooring which are easy to clean and are fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, drawers, mirror. The walls are all magnolia which allows you to use your own colour scheme in soft furnishings to make it feel like home.
The house is licenced with the city council and has a full fire Alarm system and complies with all the current regulations.
We are a family business with my son and husband attending to all the maintenance issues full time.
