There are three other housemates in the house who are on courses at Glenside and Frenchay.
The tenants are responsible for the bills on the property and you should allow £30 - 40 per month for these.
The new tenant must be able to provide a deposit and a parental guarantor is also required. They should also have student status. This is a no smoking property.
