There is a good sized garden and an outhouse for bike storage etc. There is a good size front room which has been newly furnished. Upstairs there is a new bathroom suite, and a double room available for rent. It has a large cupboard for storage (newly purchased and being assembled) and a double bed.
The room is available immediately, I am looking for a clean, tidy and considerate house mate. I am very sociable, love sports and am relaxed.
