Important Information 

Students: Fees and Deposit Breakdown 

Student Administration Fees are chargeable at £100.00 per person. £50 per person is refundable if a whole house completes all paperwork, all agreed monies are received and Agreements are signed within 12 days. 

Deposit Payment is usually one months rent per person. 

Guarantors are charged £50.00 per tenant. In the case where a UK guarantor is not available, we may require a higher rent upfront or deposit amount. These amounts will be clarified on application.

 

Please note in the event that you decide not to take the house as an individual or a group all administration fees, guarantor fees and first month rental payments are non-refundable.
