Rent & Deposit Information

We normally arrange a pre-surrender inspection about 3 weeks before the end of the lease and go through what is missing based on the inventory we do when you move in. We prefer that anything broken is replaced rather than deduct money from the deposit but we give you plenty of time to do this. Remember, you are dealing with a local landlord not faceless institutions; we will help you in any way we can and, unlike estate agents, we do not charge a signing on fee or key money.
