The apartment is based in a safe area of Liverpool, next to shops, the universities and many travel stations. The apartment is also very secure, with specialised keys and offices and receptions. It is also a medium sized studio apartment, including doubles bed, your own kitchen (complete with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven etc) and ensuite bathroom. There is also a free breakfast on weekdays, a gym, communal area including games room and cinema, as well as bikes free to rent.
I am selling it for a starting price of £134.46 per week (1 instalment, 51 week contract) which is the cheapest left in the Liverpool Vita Student. This price includes all utility bills, insurance, television, TV licence and wifi. The move in date is the 9th September 2017. The price only increase to a maximum of £153.82 if you choose to pay in 4 instalments for a 44 week contract.
