Hi all
Unfortunately one of our friends is transferring to a university in her home country and the other has pulled out for personal reasons so we need to fill her room in our house for next year asap.
The house is 10 mins maximum walk away from City North Campus, literally just opposite Asda and the Molineux, it's one of the streets behind the Goal Post pub.
Both rooms are double bedrooms one on the ground floor and one on the first floor depending on your preference. It costs £75 a week, all bills included (water, gas, electricity, heating, internet and TV license). There is a £150 deposit and the lease is for 12 months from the 1st July 2013 (so we could keep our stuff there over summer, the landlord might do a 10 month contract but you would need to ask him). We also have an agreement with the landlord that if we sign a lease for next year as well before November, he will keep the price the same and put a new TV in the house for us.
It is one shared bathroom with a bath and shower on the ground floor, with a long, thin kitchen, as you expect in most terraced houses. It does have a large living room and the bedrooms you can choose from are both large and airy as well. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine, but no tumble dryer. There is a garden at the back of the house.
We are two girls going into second year so would prefer another girl to move in with. Both of us are studying Deaf Studies with Special Needs and Inclusion Studies.
We are a friendly bunch looking to fill a bedroom as soon as we can.
