If you are a full-time student at the University of Edinburgh, your new home is waiting for you!
RENT? ----> Until the end of August. £760,06 pm BUT July and August are FOR FREE!! You can also talk to the Accommodation if you prefer to change the type of payment :) It is actually really easy to do so (I already did at the beginning of the Semester).
WHAT DO I GET FROM THE PRICE? ---->
1) Wonderful super luminous and cosy en-suite room headed to the South (so you get plenty of hours of Sun... Well, let's be realistic, it's Edinburgh: but when the Sun shines, your room shines and dances with it).
2) Spacious and also luminous kitchen, with also a cosy area to watch TV!
3) Spacious inner patio (where some barbecues have already taken place) and a wonderful and fully equiped common room where you will find: table football, table tennis, board games, super comfortable sofas, a few tables to eat/chat/work on.
4) Social events: the Deaconess community comes up with new events evey week, so you are welcome to join them!

- *Right next* to Holyrood Park
- *4* minutes walk to Pleasance Sports Centre & Gym
- *8* minutes to George Square
- *10* minutes to The Royal Mile
- *12* minutes to The Meadows
- *15* minutes to Princess Street
- STORES? ----> YES! Tesco and Lidl are less than 3 minutes away! But you cand find much more nearby. There's a lot of life in this part of the city!
- FLATMATES? ----> YES! You will share a flat with five wonderful, respectful, clean and super fun people. They are Jessie, Muchun, Jun, Jemima and Anna, and they can't wait to meet you!! ;) This is really a loving community that has been created since September, and you will soon become part of it! :)
- CLEANING SERVICE? ----> YES! A lovely woman called Alana comes weekly to clean both the hall and the kitchen, and every other week she cleans your bathroom too!
- SECURITY? ----> YES! Doors are opened through an automatic key and they close afterwards, except for the room key, which is a normal key. If you ever have an issue you can always call a 24 hours free service.
- VISITORS AND SLEEPING OVER? ----> YES! As soon as you tell your flatmates ahead of time, even last minute, all of them will be totally fine with that!! :) Jessie, for example, enjoys cooking with a friend and spending some hours in the kitchen some Fridays and some of us have already had visitors for a couple of days. No problem at all!
- MY REASON TO MOVE OUT? ----> Unfortunately I have to move out because I might start an internship abroad in the upcoming months, so as I will have to make very quick decissions by that time, I thought it would be better to just offer my beloved room to you as soon as possible, which might actually help you to have a good start in this wonderful city and University!
- WHEN AVAILABLE? --> From 1st December! But, of course, you can always let me know if you would like to move in another date. We can then try to find a better option that suits both of us :)
