This property is university housing and is available from May 21st to August 31st. I am a postgraduate student at the university of Edinburgh but I am going back to the U.S. while I finish up my program. The property is in a great location! The property is located on Riego Street and is close to many shops, restaurants and cafes and with easy access to amenities in Castle Terrace, the Grassmarket, Princes Street and Fountainbridge. It is a short walk to George Square and the University’s central area. The university rents this property to me at the price of £625.64 per month, but I will reduce the price down to £460 per month I would exclude any payment for the rest of the month of May. Total amount to take over my lease for 3 the months = £1,380.
