I live in Abbeyhill, which is a newly build, modern student accommodation. I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the next semester (January onwards).
Abbeyhill is just a few minutes walk away from The Royal Mile (which is filled with little cafes, shops and restaurants), Holyrood Palace and Arthur's Seat as well as Edinburgh University.
There is a bus station right outside the accommodation (buses run regularly).
Rent is £130 per week. You will have your own room (with a view on Arthur's Seat) and bathroom. The kitchen is shared.
(In order to live here it is required that you are a student at the Uni of Edinburgh)
