If you find yourself without a house for this year, or you're not happy with your halls room, then look no further. Four guys at University of Liverpool in a 5 bed house looking for their 5th housemate for a conveniently located and priced student house are just a quick email away!
For only £75 a week plus deposit and stuff (ALL bills included!) there's a well-furnished room just for you in Woodcroft Road. Located just off Smithdown Road and within walking distance of universities (about 20 minutes or so, there are also loads of buses running from the stops at the bottom of our road for those chilly Winter days), not to mention excellent local amenities, including Asda and Aldi which are only two minutes away, as well as the rest of the main stretch of Smithdown!
The lads and I are all really easy to get along with; we'll make sure you feel at home from the start, and we'll happily accompany you to the pub whenever the opportunity presents itself, maybe even lend you some milk or butter etc. at pivotal moments in cooking. As we're entering our third year, we'll all have our studying priorities and we'll respect yours, making our house perfect for both unwinding and revising. Instead of going through a freelance landlord, we've opted for a letting agent who have been very professional in our dealings with them. The whole house is light and airy and is in good condition, with an open plan kitchen stocked with a microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. All of the bedrooms are equipped with ample storage space for clothes, as well as a double bed and a large desk and office chair.
