Ideally looking for somebody who likes a laugh, doesn't mind a bit of crude humor, enjoys playing FIFA and listening to a lot of Oasis and Arctic Monkeys etc. and enjoys a good deep house or indie night out every now and then.
Rent is £277 a month with the internet included for a double room that includes a big wardrobe, a desk, tall drawers, bedside table and shelves for storage. Although house is listed as available from 01.01.2014 we can talk to the landlords to see if somebody can move in earlier at all and take over the spare room.
