Individual 3rd year Game Art & Design student looking for housemates for my final year. I took an intermission from study due to medical issues, but I’m back to complete my degree this September.
As a housemate I’m easy to get on with, flexible and laidback. I’m clean and tidy, generally keep to myself, but I still love hanging out and being sociable. Mostly I prefer just going to pubs and chilling out with games/films. I enjoy occasional nights out/get-togethers, but I’d like noise to be kept reasonable late at night.
I’m looking for a house or flat with 2-6 other people, with a total cost of £350-£500 per person per month, ideally in or near Golden Triangle, and somewhere I could store my bike.
I’m happy to do rota-based cleaning or whatever we can agree would work fairly.
My previous housemates were all girls, though I have no preference on housemate sex/gender, or Uni course. I’d prefer people in 2nd year or above, but I don’t mind much.
I don’t smoke myself, but I’m smoker-friendly provided it’s not in the house.
