Hello, I am currently a second year Creative Writing student at Bath Spa University.
I am looking for somewhere available from the end of June'14/beginning July'14, near a route 15 bus stop or Moorland Road/Oldfield Park or the centre of Bath, close to the bus station.
I want a spare room in a shared student house. Single or double furnished room, with a desk, a wardrobe and shelves (or space to put a small book shelf). Ideally the property will have broadband and a washing machine.
I would like to live somewhere with a garden good for BBQ's and entertaining or somewhere with at least bike storage.
I like to cook my own meals and occasionally order a Chinese takeaway. I am very chatty but also enjoy my own space and need to live in a clean and tidy environment. Next year I will be writing my Dissertation, so would ideally live with other serious students- no first years.
My budget is £90.00 per week for a property where bills are NOT included in the rent.
