I currently live in a house under headed tenancy at Kingston University. It is not your average student house, it\'s a large two bedroom property in a quiet cup de sac, short bike ride to Penryn Road campus, Richmond park and a five minute walk to the river. It has a garden with decking, conservatory, two parking spaces, wifi and water is included in the rent. I love living here but my housemate is moving out so her room is available. Due to the fact that this is headed tenancy you will have to be a Kingston student. One of the added benefits of headed tenancy is your rent is taken out with your student loan and not every week. I need to find someone by the 31st March.
