Room available in a house of 3 engineering students for second semester of academic year (end of January to end of June 2014). Location is very convenient with bus stop within 10 min walking distance and shops within 5. Fully double glazed windows, central heating, living room with TV and consoles, large kitchen with lots of storage space (gas hob), basement with back entrance and even more storage space, the garden is quite nice too. Room is separated into 2 sections, one being the bedroom (single bed) and another a study/storage area. Other tenants are quite friendly, 2 girls and a guy, and a bit of mixed nationalities (1 girl is German and the others English/Welsh).
