Hey guys I've got a room available in Elephant & Castle area. It's part of a student accommodation called Victoria Hall Dashwood Studios and it's a standard plus studio which includes kitchenette, ensuite, double bed, a large desk, and etc. For personal reasons, I no longer need the room and am looking for someone who is interested to take mine. It is £257 per week and the contract is from whenever you are interested to move in until 04/07/2013. If you try to book on the website you will need to sign up for the 42-week contract starting from 15/09/2013 and pay for the days that you did not even stay. However, if you decide to take my room, you don't have to pay for the unnecessary fees.
There is a bus stop right outside the building called Larcome Street. There are 9 buses that stop at the station that go to Westminster, Hyde Park, Marble Arch, King's Cross, Holborn, Piccadilly Circus, Loughborough, Camberwell, and many other places. And the Elephant & Castle (Bakerloo line) underground station is only 6 minutes away by walk. If you go to LCC, Victoria Hall is the perfect place because it only takes 7 minutes to walk to your school. Even if you go to Camberwell, it should only take about 21 minutes by bus to travel.
Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre, which is right next to the underground station, has many stores, including Tesco. Also, if you like Asian food, you can easily shop for groceries on the first floor of Dashwood Studios building. Dashwood Studios is not only great for traveling but also very convenient as it's got many shops nearby.
