It is great value for a student as one will only need to pay rent till the end of June 2018, assuming they wish to begin in September/October 2017. As it is difficult to find contracts which have a minimum contract length shorter than a year, this effectively means you can save several months rent.
It is situated in Gilesgate near many major shops and retail areas. These include a large Tesco Extra, Aldi etc.
