Hey! I was wondering if anyone is interested in taking over my first-floor Prestige Studio tenancy, at Mansion Place, in the Nottingham City area.
It's a lovely, large studio (approx. 18m²) and has its own private bathroom, including a toilet, sink, and shower, as well as having its own kitchen, including two ring hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, combination microwave/oven, smart TV (this isn't included in the photos below, but it is included in the room!), and sink. The room has a 3/4 bed, with under-bed storage, as well as a wardrobe, drawers, desk, and comfortable chair. There is also access to a shared kitchen, too, which have larger fridge-freezers, ovens, hobs, a dining table, and seating.
There is free wifi throughout the entire building. There is a communal cinema room, as well as a 'Study Zone' with desks, plugs, USB ports, and ethernet ports. There is a football table, in the communal area, too! The staff at Mansion Place are wonderful, and I've never had an issue with them, in around 1.5 years of living here.

For the rest of the 2021-22 academic year, the rent on the studio is £175 per week. This can be paid in either 1 or 2 payments. I am currently in the process of sorting out some new accommodation, in London, so the takeover date is not confirmed, as of yet, but we can discuss whatever is best for you, to make sure the move is as seamless as possible. The check-out date is the 16th September 2022.
I'm gutted to be leaving Mansion Place behind, but I am super excited to see what the future holds for me!
