We have 1 fully furnished double room avaliable. We are all female student house looking for another student to join our house preferably female. The house contract is from 1st July 2022 till 30th June 2023. The rent is 370.50 a month we use Split the Bills and right now that is £87.95 a month this may change as we have to renew it in June.
The house has a washing machine, 2 toliets and garden.
