It's available from 20th September 2013 - 30th June 2014. Rent is £550 per month and is paid quarterly.
The deposit including agency fee is £781 and needs to be paid to the agent to secure it.
The rent instalments are roughly as follows:
1st quarter (paid by 20th Aug to move in on 20th Sept) - £1019
2nd quarter - £1376.33
3rd quarter - £1376.33
4th quarter - £1376.33
