Since I am going on Study abroad, instead of moving into a house like most students in September, I will not be needing a house until I return in the new year. Is there anyone that is going to have a house become vacant by January or there-about because we could plan in advance - and since I have 3 friends also doing study abroad we could all live together if something came up. Meaning you would be ensured tenants from Jan 15 until we finish our degrees in 2016.
