I am looking for someone to take over my contract at St Andrews Place Student Accommodation for the second university semester. Beginning January 2018 and ending June 2018 (start and end date can be negotiated so I can move out earlier if you need, and the contract can be extended past June). It’s a clean, single ensuite room which is modern and in the city centre. It’s great for students as it’s only a few mins walk to campus. Walking distance of all main train stations and bus routes. Less than 10 minutes walk to all of the main clubs & bars. The room has a great view and the area feels very safe. Secure electronic fob entry system. Downstairs there is a gym & laundry facilities all included free of charge. Wifi included. It has a very social environment and it’s perfect for students as you will easily meet others here and make friends. Also ideal for Erasmus/International students as there are others here. The shared kitchen facilities are cleaned by the cleaners. TV in the kitchen and you also get your own TV in your room.
