Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I am taking a year out of education and need someone to take over my En suite Room (29B) at Liberty Court Halls, Birmingham. The tenancy will run until the 14th of July 2019. The average cost for the residence is £136.50 a week, whilst Liberty Living will allow for the rent to be paid in instalments in line with your maintenance loan payment dates. I have already paid the first instalment of rent so depending on when you move in, you may receive a discount on the £136.50 a week cost.
The residence is a 5 minute walk from ALDI with a Newsagents, Off License, Post Office, Pub and Fish & Chip Shop directly opposite. It is also on a direct bus route into the city centre. The room comes with an en-suite and shared Kitchen/ Lounge area. There is plenty of storage space with under bed storage, a wardrobe, two sets of draws, shelving and a large desk with more than enough room to study. There is also a TV aerial port in the room and plenty of plug sockets, along with an electric heater so it never gets too cold.
There are Laundry facilities on site, as well as a social area with a snooker table. A free shuttle bus between the accommodation and the University runs daily whilst it is only a 20/25 minute walk. Liberty Court has its own Guild of Students Reps who organise a mix of various social events throughout the year. It is closer to the City Centre than most other accommodations with great transport links and is situated in Edgbaston with the Cricket Ground just behind the residence.
All Bills are included whilst the FREE WIFI is very fast and reliable and allows for Ethernet/ Wireless connection on many devices. There is a very helpful on-site maintenance team ready to deal with any issues you may have. Car-Parking is also available whilst it is also very secure with comprehensive CCTV coverage and electronic Fob access to the main gate. There is also FREE personal contents insurance for any belongings you bring with you.
The 4 flatmates who I shared a kitchen/ living area with are very friendly and easy to live with and will be very welcoming to any new flatmate.
