En-suite room in a 4 people flat. Looking for a female student to take over my tenancy for 1 month from the 5th June until 9th July.

The room is really spacious. It is equipped with a 3/4 bed, under bed storage, desk, chair, wardrobe, mirror. The kitchen has an oven, cooking hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle and a lovely sitting area with two couches.
The property is located right next to Aldi, a 5 minute walk away from Tesco and Sainsburys and a 5 minute walk from Strathclyde University. The city centre is also really close and there are many cafes and restaurants within 10-15 minutes of the flat. High Street Rail station is 2 minutes away and if you fancy a walk in the park, Glasgow Green is about 15 minutes away.
The front desk staff are very friendly and will help you out with anything you need. The common room is furnished with a free ping pong table, as well as comfy sofas and a TV. There's communal laundry facilities and bike storage, as well as some picnic benches outside to catch some sunshine.
The building is really secure, I never felt weird walking to/around the building even at night.
