Due to my getting a placement in industry for a year, my room in The Junxion is available to rent for rest of academic year. The Junxion charge £112.50pw but you can rent my room for only £100 and that includes all bills, free super-fast broadband and free contents insurance.
The room has a large queen-size bed and desk, chair, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, central heating. The en-suite bathroom has wc, sink and good shower.
There's 5 other rooms in the apartment(mix of females/males) and all the rooms share a kitchen and lounge with TV. The room is on top-floor with great views over the University and city.
The Junxion has an on-site launderette and a common room with pool table and Sky TV. It\'s right across the road from the Student Union, Uni library and The Engine Shed.
