Unite Students owns this property, Station Court. I stayed last year in other of their halls of residence and I have no complaints! Staff was always friendly and helpful.
This room in a 40-week contract is already sold out if you check its website. Besides, the price is one of the CHEAPEST you will find by this time of the year considering location and its features in a private-sector student hall in London, as I booked it early this year. Also, the security deposit is ALREADY PAID so you will get 250 pounds at the end of your tenancy!
