Property Description
We are six friendly people, five males and me being female. The rent can seem quite expensive, but this includes water bills, as well as all other utilities with a one off payment at the start of the year.
The house is on the lower half of Farrar Road, directly opposite ASDA. Your room is on the back of the house though so there will be no light or noise from the street.
There is a shared kitchen with two ovens, washing machine and dryer. We do currently share pots, pans, plates etc. so you do not need to bring any if you wish, though you are welcome to bring your own. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with a shared living room on the other side with TV.
Your bathroom will be shared with one other person, and we have really good internet connection which includes a house phone.
Can be rented by a couple. Rent is increased to £600pcm, so £300 each.
