Looking for someone to take over my housing contract starting from 1st January 2020 (can be earlier if required) and finishing at the end of June 2020.
Close to University of Kent either by walking or by bus (bus stop right nearby). Also easy access to the city centre. Plenty of free parking outside the house too.
*All bills included apart from wifi*
Ideal flatmate would preferable be a student or young professional as other 3 flatmates are all female undergraduate students.
