I have a double room available from September in a light, spacious, modern 6 bedroom house in Portswood.
It’s around 20mins walk to Highfield campus, and 10mins to Sainsbury’s. Room is only available due to student dropping out of university for personal reasons.
Rent is £97/week bills not included and a deposit of £400 is required, plus a one off fee of £75 for the contract to be changed. The contract will go from 1st Octoberto 1st July(so no having to pay for rent over the summer).
The house has a large kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is also a living room and reasonable sized patio out the back as well as 2 bathrooms, both with showers and one with bath.
The bedroom is large and light, with a double bed, large desk, shelving and a wardrobe. There is free on street parking, no permit required.
Currently 4 girls and 1 boy, 2 girls studying English, 1 studying nursing, 1 studying history and a boy studying Education and Psychology. All going into second year, however we are open to anyone. We’re a friendly bunch and very welcoming!
