Property Description
We are four Exeter University students looking for somebody to fill a vacant room in our lovely five bedroom house on Fleming Way, in St Leonards. The property is right opposite the hospital, 5 minutes walk from St Luke's campus and around 35 minutes walk to Streatham. The bedroom is on the ground floor - it has a double bed and storage space as well as being next to a newly fitted WC. There is permit parking out front and the area is safe and friendly. We're currently a group of 3 boys and 1 girl, two of us who frequently make the journey to Streatham by foot, so we'd love somebody to join us. We don't mind who shows interest as we are a complete mix of people who enjoy doing a variation of things, whether this be going out or spending nights in. The rent is £115 a week without bills - so we are estimating around £125 at most and the contract is an 11 month tenancy. Please contact me if you are interested!
