I am a student currently living here, and would like to find a replacement tenant. You must be a student at the University of Sheffield.
The location is very good (2 min walk from The Diamond, 5 min walk from Tesco Metro/West Street, 10 min walk from Tesco Superstore); the accomodation is convenient, well designed, and modern; and the housemates are very friendly and clean. There is an elevator.
The kitchen is very spacious, with sofas and a television. There is an ironing board, vaccuum cleaner, mop, kettle, microwave, toaster, two large fridges, and plenty of cupboards. The hobs are induction.
There is a large common room (with a pool table, ping pong table, television, sofas), reception (with amazon lockers), launderette all within the accomodation. There is also a gym and swimming pool.
The room has an electric heater and a double bed, along with everything else you would expect from a furnished student room (chair, desk, bin, shelves, drawers, mirror), and has its own bathroom (with a shower, toilet, sink). The broadband is very fast (300 Mbps), with WiFi and ethernet.
The rent normally costs £150/week for this room, but I have paid a large sum of the rent already so it will only be £100/week.
Move-in date is very flexible and can be whenever you want. Tenancy ends on 10 July 2021.
