· Rent will need to be paid for Term 1 on 2nd October 2017 (£2711.00) and then in the standard instalments for Term 2 (£2711.00 – due on 8th January 2018) and Term 3 (£1595.00 – due on 1st May 2018) unless they prefer to pay up front and in full for the year. If paying in instalments, prospective tenants must also provide the details of a UK-based Guarantor.
