Hiya, we’re looking for 2 tenants to replace us ASAP in our house contract up until the end of July 2021 minimum.
It’s a 4 good sized bedroom house with a lovely landlady in Southwell, Nottingham very close to Brackenhurst Campus. There would be 2 other roommates already so a full house- ideal for bill splitting. A decent sized living room with 3 sofas, kitchen with dining table, a separate toilet and shower room, both front and back garden is very low maintenance and we have a garage/off road parking. It’s a quiet area with plenty of bus routes to Southwell/campuses/Nottingham centre. Rent is £368.34 PCM + bills. We’re only looking to move back home unfortunately due to difficulties with our course due to covid-19.
