Looking for a room that has been well kept, and preferably an en- suite bathroom . Is within 25-30 mins of Queen Mary's university. Has good access to tube stations and buses. Ideally living with other first year students, preferably girls. Good storage spaces as well as clean and good quality kitchen and bathroom facilities. Enough fridge space to store my own food. Rent must include utility bills. Room needed for 38 - 40 weeks. I have no pets. Internet access included in rent. Looking to live with people who are relatively tidy and welcoming. I do not smoke or drink, but can tolerate living with those who do. I am muslim, I have no problems living with those who are not.
