Hiya!
We have one spare room in a 4 bed house in Kensington Fields. It is currently a mixed house with 2 girls and 1 boy. I am currently on my placement year with HMRC and study business management, Paige studies Tourism and is in her second year and Alex is in his final year of studying marketing. We are all super lovely and friendly.
The house is £85pppw and includes bills. It also features a shared bathroom between 2 people. The contract is 11 months and the rent is due in instalments which line up with when student loans are released (September, January and April) which is ideal!
Its a gorgeous house and is super close to both Uni of and JMU as well as a short walk to town.
