I have decided to move back home so my double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is in need of a new student to take over. 2 new students already living in the flat with shared living room and kitchen space. The room is very spacious and in a lovely location close to transport links and a less than 10 minute walk to the city centre. Free parking is available.
£500 per month, no bills included but all bills are split between the housemates. Water bill has been paid for till April. The blinds have been fixed and are fitted with new ones along with a new desk chair.
