We have Apartments with 4, 5 or 6 en-suite bedrooms, at £125 per week per room, fully inclusive. Ideal for you and your friends to live in, or a great place to meet new friends! All 51 week contracts start on the 24th September 2014. All rooms come with 4′ beds and each flat has a large Smart HDTV in the spacious shared kitchen living room area.

Also available are completely self-contained studios with their own kitchens and living space, with 4’6″ beds, for £165 per week, on 51 week contracts, starting 24th September 2014. Perfect for people who like their own space to study and relax. These studios are ideal for double occupancy, at an extra £30 per week.

The £250 Reservation Fee converts to an advanced rental payment once the letting starts, and is deducted from the last rental payment, if paying in three stages with a Permanent UK based Guarantor, or from the single rental payment when paying for the whole year in advance. Rent is payable either in three stages or totally in advance - not weekly.
