It’s ideally located on the university campus, right on the Quayside and only 5 minutes walk from all of the shops, bars and restaurants of the town centre. If you’d like to take a look around, we’re holding OPEN DAYS every Thursday from 10am – 4pm and every Friday from 1pm – 5pm, or by appointment at other times.
Our stylish EN SUITE ROOMS all have their own shower room, small double beds, loads of storage and fully fitted shared kitchen and living areas. Or if you fancy a place of your own, our en suite STUDIOS have their own kitchen and work area.
There’s also a great SOCIAL SPACE with TV and pool table for all students to just chill, or socialise and play games with friends, plus outdoor courtyards which are a fab SUN-TRAP when the weather heats up.
We have just added FREE 30Mbps WIFI here which means you can use your smartphones, tablets and laptops wherever you are in the building!
If you’re an NHS student studying at UCS then please get in touch as we also offer flexible start dates and 42, 48 and 50 week tenancies to suit your course and placements.
