Union Square will comprise of 146 high specification, luxury studio apartments and flats for between 3 and 6 people, with a total of 82 bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities and large shared kitchen and lounge areas.

We are delighted to offer 121 Maling Studios, 21 Stepney Studios (with balconies) and 4 Lime Studios (the Penthouses!) all rooms include Kitchenette with breakfast bar, en-suite shower rooms (including hand basin, toilet, storage and mirror) and fully fitted with intelligent storage systems, 4ft or 4ft 6 beds, flat screen TV and dedicated study areas with data points.

A range of premier study rooms are available including 50 Leighton Rooms and 32 Union Rooms (with balconies); all with en-suite shower rooms (including hand basin, toilet, storage and mirror) and fully fitted with intelligent storage systems, 4ft or 4ft 6 beds and dedicated study areas with TV and data points. All bedrooms share a fully fitted kitchen and living area.

Apartments are available to let in full and are arranged 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom flats or as rooms on an individual basis.

Communal areas and security facilities

Union Square is exclusively let and managed by Exchange Residential who's offices are located directly behind the residence and are on hand to help with all your needs. For additional security, a CCTV system monitors the site. An on-site laundrette is located on the first floor.
