Securing your room
To secure your room for 2017/2018 you will need to pay a non refundable booking fee of £20 at the point of reservation. Deposit fee of £150 (refundable at the end of your tenancy subject to terms and conditions) to be paid when your Tenancy Agreement has been signed.
